After Shipment:

If eligible, we will cancel your order and initiate a refund (if already paid).
If you placed a Cash on Delivery (COD) order and wish to cancel it:
Please notify us before dispatch to avoid unnecessary delivery attempts.
Failure to accept COD orders without cancellation may affect your ability to place future COD orders on Hameeem.com.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following cases:
Product is out of stock or discontinued
Pricing or listing errors
Issues with payment verification
Fraudulent or suspicious activity
In such cases, customers will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded promptly.
If your order is cancelled before shipment, and payment was made online, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
