1. Terms for Buyers

3. You're responsible for any activity under your account.

1.2 Orders and Payments

1. Orders are subject to availability and seller approval.
2. All prices are displayed in AED and include applicable taxes unless noted.

1.3 Shipping and Delivery

1. Delivery timelines depend on each seller's logistics.
2. Delays caused by courier partners or customs are beyond Hameeem.com's control.
3. Shipping charges may apply and are disclosed at checkout.

1.4 Returns and Refunds

1. Buyers may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
3. Refunds are processed after the seller has inspected the product.

1.5 Buyer Conduct

1. Fraudulent transactions, fake reviews, and abusive behavior are strictly prohibited.
2. Violations may result in account suspension.

1.6 Dispute Resolution

1. We encourage resolving disputes directly with the seller.
2. Hameeem.com may assist but is not legally bound to arbitrate.

2. Terms for Sellers

2.1 Eligibility and Registration

1. Sellers must be legally registered in the UAE and able to issue VAT-compliant invoices (where applicable).
2. A valid Emirates ID, trade license, and bank account are required for approval.

2.2 Product Listings

1. Only legal, original, and accurately described products may be listed.
2. Sellers must provide high-quality images and full disclosure of product details.
3. Listings violating intellectual property, copyright, or UAE laws will be removed.

2.3 Pricing and Inventory

1. Sellers are responsible for updating product availability and pricing.
2. Price manipulation to mislead customers is strictly prohibited.

2.4 Order Fulfillment

1. Sellers must dispatch orders within the specified handling time.
2. Tracking information must be updated promptly.
3. Non-fulfillment or delays without a valid reason may lead to account penalties.

2.5 Returns & Refund Handling

1. Sellers must accept legitimate return requests and cooperate with refund processing.
2. Hameeem.com may deduct refund amounts from pending payouts if the seller fails to act timely.

2.6 Commission and Payouts

1. A commission fee (percentage-based) is deducted per successful order. Rates are visible in the Seller Dashboard.
2. Payouts are made weekly or monthly to the seller’s registered bank account, subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold.
3. Any chargebacks, returns, or disputes may affect the final payout.

2.7 Content Rights

1. By uploading product images and content, sellers grant Hameeem.com non-exclusive rights to use, display, and promote them.
2. Sellers must not use copyrighted or watermarked images unless they hold the rights.

2.8 Seller Responsibilities

1. Maintain high standards of customer service.
2. Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours.
3. Ensure timely dispatch, quality control, and ethical business practices.

2.9 Withdrawal & Deactivation

1. Sellers can request account deactivation by writing to info@hameeem.com.
2. Any pending orders or disputes must be resolved before account closure.

2.10 Prohibited Seller Activities

1. Selling counterfeit or banned products.
2. Directing users off-platform for transactions.
3. Posting misleading information or spamming customers.

2.11 Violations and Penalties

1. Breaches of policy may lead to:

2.12 Seller Support

1. Hameeem.com provides email-based support for sellers.

1. Hameeem.com reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or remove content that violates these terms.

3.2 Intellectual Property
