1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all seven Emirates:

  • Dubai

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Umm Al Quwain

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Fujairah

We currently do not ship internationally.


2. Delivery Time

We offer fast and reliable delivery across the UAE:

  • Standard Delivery:
    1–3 business days (depending on your location and product availability)

  • Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery (Available in select cities):
    Available for eligible products and orders placed before the daily cut-off time.

Note: Orders placed on Fridays or UAE public holidays may be processed the next business day.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping:
    For orders above AED 199

  • Flat Rate Shipping:
    AED 15 – for orders below AED 199

Some heavier or oversized items may carry additional delivery charges, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.


4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.


5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted local and national courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. All shipments are trackable.


6. Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • The courier will contact you to reschedule.

  • After two failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse. Additional delivery charges may apply for reshipping.


7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet promised timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High demand periods

  • Logistic issues beyond our control

We will inform you promptly in case of any unexpected delays.


8. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS/email. You can use this to track the status of your delivery on our courier partner’s website.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@hameeem.com.

  • Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.

  • We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
