3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation.

  • Downloadable software or digital goods.

  • Clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable.


4. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or return instructions.

  4. After we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed.


5. Refund Method and Timeframe

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If paid by Cash on Delivery, you may be refunded via store credit or bank transfer (upon request).


6. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind), return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.


7. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know in your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
